for Best Paper on Leadership. Before joining the faculty at Brandeis University, Dr. Git-
tell received her Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and taught at the
Harvard Business School.

MIT, and Director of the MIT International Center for Air Transportation. He conducts
